§ 55.52 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   The Health Officer, after proper identification, shall have access at any reasonable time to any establishment, mobile food establishment, commissary, or temporary event establishments regulated by this chapter. Reasonable time for the purposes of this section shall mean at all times the establishment is open to the public. The Health Officer shall be permitted to examine all areas and records of the establishment which are reasonably necessary to his or her inspection or investigation. Denial of access as herein provided shall be deemed as interference with the Health Officer in the performance of his or her duties, including, but not limited to, denial of access to the permit holder’s building, mobile unit, temporary event stand or records.
