§ 55.51 INSPECTION REPORT.
   Whenever an inspection of an establishment, mobile food establishment, or commissary is made, the findings shall be recorded on a standardized inspection report form pursuant to 77 Ill. Adm. Code 750. One copy of the completed inspection report form will be furnished to the permit holder or his or her agent at the time of inspection. If violations of this chapter exist, the inspection report shall serve as official notice to the permit holder that the establishment, mobile food establishment, or commissary is in violation of the provisions of this chapter. The completed inspection report form shall specify the violations found by the Health Officer, and shall establish a reasonable time period within which said violations must be corrected.
