§ 55.36 EMPLOYEE HEALTH.
   When the Health Department has reasonable cause to suspect the possibility of disease transmission by an employee of any establishment regulated by this chapter, the Health Officer shall investigate the suspected employee and take appropriate action pursuant to this chapter and state statutes.
