(A) All financial reports and statements of officials and department heads, whether made pursuant to statutory enactment, or by direction of the County Board, when due, shall be presented to the County Auditor for audit.
(B) At each meeting of the full Board, both the Auditor and County Treasurer shall present financial reports up to the first day of the month in which such meeting is held showing receipts, disbursements and balances in each of the county funds.
