§ 55.19 PERMIT UPDATES.
   (A)   The permit holder has an affirmative and continuing requirement to update the original and all renewal applications. As a result, the permit holder must inform the Health Officer of any changes in the information listed in these applications within 30 days.
   (B)   Failure to comply with the requirements of this section, or knowingly furnishing false information on the original or renewal applications shall be grounds for immediate suspension or revocation of any permit issued pursuant to this chapter.
