§ 55.17 PERMIT LENGTH.
   The permit for food establishments, mobile food establishments, or commissions, shall be for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance. Temporary establishment permits shall be for a period of no longer than 14 days in conjunction with a single event or celebration.
