§ 55.01 ADOPTION OF CERTAIN STATE CODES BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   In addition to those provisions set forth herein, this section hereby adopts by reference the current edition and subsequent revisions of the following:
      (1)   Illinois Department of Public Health Food Service Sanitation Code, 77 Ill. Adm. Code 750; and
      (2)   Bed and Breakfast Act, 50 ILCS 820/1 et seq.
   (B)   Three copies of each shall be on file with the office of the County Clerk.
