§ 50.161 DISPOSAL OF UNWANTED ANIMALS.
   (A)   A $100 fee will be issued to an owner who relinquishes their dog or cat to the Madison County Animal Care and Control Department for euthanasia or turn-in.
   (B)   A $100 fee will be issued to a municipality who brings to the Madison County Animal Care and Control Department a dog or cat for euthanasia or turn-in.
