Members shall be appointed to the Advisory Board for a term of one year beginning December 1 and ending November 30 of the next year. Members shall otherwise serve until their successor is appointed and takes his or her position as a member. Vacancies shall be filled at the discretion of the appointing authority for the balance of the expiring term.
