§ 41.04 REMOVAL OF BOARD MEMBERS.
   A member of the Advisory Board may be removed by the Chairperson of the Advisory Board with the advice and consent of the Advisory Board, for neglect of duty, misconduct or misfeasance in office after being given a written statement of the charges and an opportunity to be heard.
