§ 39.48 REVIEW OF FINAL ORDERS.
   Upon becoming final, an order of a Hearing Officer shall be subject to review in the Circuit Court of the county, pursuant to the Illinois Administrative Review Act (735 ILCS 5/3-101 et seq.).
