§ 39.32 DISCOVERY.
   Discovery in proceedings before the Code Hearing Unit shall be governed by Illinois Supreme Court Rule 201(h). Accordingly, no discovery procedure shall be used in proceedings before the Code Hearing Unit except by leave of a Hearing Officer.
