Any person aggrieved by any decision of the Airport Zoning Officer made in his or her administration of the provisions of this chapter may appeal to the Airport Zoning Commission by filing with the Commission a notice of appeal, specifying the grounds thereof, within ten days after receiving written notice of the action of the Airport Zoning Officer. The Airport Zoning Commission shall fix a reasonable time for hearing any such appeals, give due notice to the parties in interest, and within 30 days after the close of any hearing thereon, affirm, reject, or modify in whole or in part the decision or determination appealed from or make such order, requirement, or determination as appropriate under the circumstances.
