§ 10-5.101 PURPOSES.
   The purposes of this chapter are to establish regulations to prevent the creation or establishment of airport hazards, as hereinafter defined, and to provide for the elimination, removal, alteration, mitigation, or marking and lighting of existing airport hazards at, and in the vicinity of, the City Municipal Airport.
