Pursuant to Cal. Gov't Code §§ 50022.1 through 50022.4, inclusive, the text of that certain publication of the League of California Cities entitled "Uniform Traffic Ordinance" is adopted and incorporated in this chapter as the rules, regulations, and standards within the city as to all matters pertaining to traffic therein contained except as otherwise provided in this chapter. Three copies of the Uniform Traffic Ordinance are and shall at all times be on file for use and examination by the public in the office of the City Clerk.
