§ 9-6.03 NORTH AND SOUTH DIVISION OF CITY; ODD AND EVEN NUMBERS.
   (A)   North division. All blocks or streets north of Yosemite Avenue shall be designated by the name of the street with its number designated as NORTH, for example, the blocks situated between Yosemite Avenue and the first cross street north thereof, running at right angles therewith, shall be designed as number 100 North, and the blocks between 5th Street and 4th Street of each street north of Yosemite Avenue, running at right angles therewith, shall be designated as number 200 North, and theme increasing 100 for each successive block north to the city limits.
   (B)   South division. All blocks or streets south of Yosemite Avenue shall be designated by the name of the street with its number designated as SOUTH, for example, the blocks situate between Yosemite Avenue and Sixth street, running at right angles therewith, shall be designated as number 100 South.
   (C)   Odd and even numbers. The odd numbers on all streets running at right angles with Yosemite Avenue shall be on the right, beginning with number 1, added to the block or tier number, and the even numbers shall be on the left thereof, added to the block or tier number, for example, the first space of 25 feet on the left of D Street, North from the corner of Yosemite Avenue and D Street going Northerly on D Street, shall be numbered 102 D Street, North, or 102 North D Street, and the like space on the right side of D Street shall be numbered 101 D Street, North, or 101 North D Street. The first space of 25 feet on the left of D Street (facing north) between Yosemite Avenue and Sixth Street, extending southerly on D Street, shall be numbered 102 D Street, South, or 102 South D Street, and the like space on the right side of D Street (facing north) but extending south in the direction of Sixth Street shall be numbered 101 D Street, South, or 101 South D Street.
