The provisions of § 9-5.102 of this chapter shall not apply to any advertising structure or sign if the same is used exclusively as follows:
(A) To advertise the sale or lease of the property upon which such advertising display is placed;
(B) To designate the name of the owner or occupant of the premises upon which such advertising display is placed, or to identify such premises; or
(C) To advertise goods manufactured, produced, or sold, or services rendered, on the property upon which such advertising display is placed.
