§ 9-5.101 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   ADVERTISING STRUCTURE, SIGNS, ADVERTISING DISPLAY, FREEWAY, and LAND- SCAPED FREEWAY. As specifically set forth and defined in the Outdoor Advertising Act, and amendments thereto, of the Business and Professions Code of the state, and the same are adopted by reference thereto.
