§ 7-1.02 RELOCATION OR ENLARGEMENT OF DITCHES UNLAWFUL.

It shall be unlawful for any person, whether as principal, agent, or employee, to relocate or enlarge any open ditch within the city for the purpose of transporting, conveying, or conducting irrigation waters within or through the city.
