§ 7-1.01 EXCAVATIONS FOR IRRIGATION WATERS UNLAWFUL.

It shall be unlawful for any person, whether as principal, agent, or employee, to excavate or construct any open ditch for the purpose of transporting, conducting, or conveying irrigation waters within or through the city.
