Every person exhibiting or charging a compensation for the use of any microscope, telescope, lung or muscle tester, photographic diversion, ball, knife, or ring thrower, galvanic batter, talking machine, projectoscope, or machine of like character shall pay a license tax of $10 per day for each machine.
