(A) The judicial review of any administrative order or decision of any officer or agent of the city, or any decision of the City Council, pursuant to the provisions of Cal. Civ. Proc. Code § 1094.5 may be had only if the petition for the writ of mandate is filed not later than 90 days following the date on which the decision become final.
(B) Without limitation by the foregoing, the Council makes Cal. Civ. Proc. Code § 1094.6 relating to judicial review of administrative orders or decisions, the time for filing petitions therefor, and providing for the preparation of records, applicable to the city and its officers and agents as if the section were incorporated in this chapter in full.
