§ 5-1.24 DOGS INTERFERING WITH THE USE OF HIGHWAYS.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner of any dog which habitually attacks, worries, or barks at pedestrians, bicycles, vehicles, or other users of public highways to permit such dog to run at large.
