All public parks in the city, including but not limited to Lions' Town and Country Park (Howard Rd. between Schnoor Ave. and Granada Drive), Rotary Park (North Gateway Dr. south of Cleveland Ave.), McNally Park (Roosevelt and South "A" Streets), Pan Am Park (Sherwood Wy. and North Lake Street), Knox Park (Knox Ave. and South "A" Street), Millview Park (1901 Clinton Avenue), Swimming Pool Park (Fourth and Flume Streets) and Courthouse Park (Yosemite Ave. and "G" Street) are hereby declared to be "Drug Free Zones," pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 11380.5.
