§ 4-11.01 CONDUCT PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person not a student or employee of any school to remain in any school building or upon any school ground, or street, sidewalk, or public way adjacent thereto, or to return to any such place without lawful business in, or at, such place within a period of 90 days after such person has been asked or directed to leave such school building or ground, or street, sidewalk, or public way adjacent thereto, by the school's chief administrative officer, or by his or her designated representative, or by a peace officer for any of the following reasons:
   (A)   Doing or committing any act prescribed by Cal. Penal Code §§ 415 or 626.8 or the rules and regulations of the school district's governing board;
   (B)   The conviction of any offense requiring registration under Cal. Penal Code § 290;
   (C)   The conviction of any offense included in Cal. Health & Safety Code, Division 10 or Division 10.5;
   (D)   Being repeatedly or frequently present in, or about, any school building or school ground, or street, sidewalk, or public way adjacent thereto, without having lawful business at such place; or
   (E)   If the principal or his or her designated representative concludes that the continued presence of the person requested to leave would be disruptive of, or would interfere with, classes or other activities of the school.
