Organizations exempted from the payment of the State Bank and Corporation Tax by the provisions of Cal. Rev & Tax. Code § 23701, subsections (a), (b), (e), (f), (g), and (l), mobile home park associations, and senior citizens organizations are authorized to conduct bingo games in the city upon obtaining a license therefor as set forth in this chapter provided the proceeds of such games are used only for charitable purposes.
