§ 3-14.08 VIOLATION AND PENALTIES.

Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter may be grounds for immediate removal from designated skateboarding/skating areas and shall be punishable as an infraction under the provisions of § 1-2.01 of the Madera Municipal Code.
