(A) No person shall have in their possession, or ignite, discharge, explode or otherwise set off, any fireworks, whether safe and sane fireworks or not, or other flammable or explosive material, in Lions' Town and Country Park, or on Granada Avenue, Industrial Avenue or Schnoor Avenue, adjacent thereto, during the day or night of the city's annual Fourth of July Fireworks display. All such fireworks used in violation of this provision shall be seized as evidence of the violation and shall be considered contraband.
(B) The provisions of this chapter shall not be construed to apply to any persons conducting the city-sponsored public fireworks display held under authorized permit(s).
