(A) If a location has not been in regular and continuous operation in the preceding four months, it shall be considered abandoned unless mitigating circumstances occur which were beyond the control of the permittee and an extension has be authorized by the City Manager.
(B) The approval of a new use under the city's zoning ordinance shall terminate all rights and approvals of a cannabis business permit occupying the same site or location.
