At any time during the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter or when proceedings under this chapter result in the correction of a violation of this Code or in a final judgement that a violation exists subsequent to the date specified in a notice of violation issued pursuant to the provision of this Code, costs of such proceedings incurred by the City may be assessed against the subject property as a lien or special assessment, pursuant to Title I, Chapter 9 of this Code. Such costs may include, but not be limited to, those incurred in inspecting property, publication, mailing and posting notices, conducting hearings, processing appeals and pursuing any judicial action and attorneys' fees.
