Any violation of this chapter or other city laws, or the terms and conditions of a permit issued pursuant to this chapter, or state laws or administrative regulations, or safety rules of the Fire Department shall be grounds for the immediate revocation of the permit. All officers, agents and employees of the eligible organization shall be responsible for compliance with all the provisions of this chapter.
