§ 3-13B.13 SEIZURE OF FIREWORKS.
   The Fire Chief or the designee thereof, shall seize, take, remove, or cause to be removed, at the expense of the owner, all stocks of fireworks offered for sale, stored, or held in violation of any provision of this chapter.
