§ 3-13B.11 FIREWORKS STAND OPERATING HOURS; DISMANTLING OF FIREWORKS STANDS.
   (A)   Fireworks stands may only be operated on the dates and at the hours specified in this section.
   June 28   12:00 Noon - 11:00 PM
   June 29    7:00 AM - 11:00 PM
   June 30    7:00 AM - 11:00 PM
   July 1       7:00 AM - 11:00 PM
   July 2       7:00 AM - 11:00 PM
   July 3       7:00 AM - 11:00 PM
   July 4       7:00 AM - 10:00 PM
   July 5       7:00 AM - 12:00 Noon
   (B)   All fireworks stands shall be dismantled no later than 5:00 p.m., on July 11 of each year.
