§ 3-13B.06 MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERMITS AND FIREWORKS STANDS.
   Only one fireworks stand may be operated per permit at the location identified on the permit, and only one permit per 2,000 residents of the City of Madera shall be approved based on the city's population as of March 1 of the same calendar year in which permits are issued.
