§ 3-13B.02 SALE AND USE OF FIREWORKS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale, have in his/her possession, fire, set off, discharge or use any fireworks unless such fireworks are classified as "safe and sane" by the State Fire Marshal, and then only in accordance with the State Fireworks Law, Cal. Health & Safety Code §§ 12500 et seq., California Code of Regulations, Title 19, §§ 975 et seq., and the provisions of this chapter.
