§ 3-6.40 INTERFERING AND TAMPERING WITH AIRCRAFT.
   No person shall interfere or tamper with any aircraft, or put in motion the engine of such aircraft, or use any aircraft, aircraft part, instrument, or tool without the permission of the owner or by specific direction of the Manager.
