§ 3-6.28 FUELING AND DEFUELING AIRCRAFT.
   No aircraft shall be fueled or defueled while passengers are on board the aircraft unless the aircraft door is in open position. No smoking shall be permitted within 50 feet of such aircraft during such operations.
