§ 3-6.23 ENGINE WARM-UPS.
   Engine run-ups prior to takeoff shall be accomplished on run-up pads or other areas provided for this purpose. No engine run-up shall be permitted in any areas which would create a hazard to persons, aircraft, or other property.
