The Fire Chief or an authorized representative shall conduct inspections of all premises with regard to handling and storage of all materials, equipment condition and usage, fire protection devices and personnel safety provisions in the protection of property and personnel. All recommendations subsequently issued by the Fire Chief, unless in conflict with military requirements and necessity, shall be complied with by tenants and personnel without delay.
