§ 36.03  DISABILITY LEAVE POLICY.
   When not superseded by a state statute or collective bargaining agreement, the “Disability Leave Policy for the County” shall be as follows: Any employee who remains off from work for any disability for 12 consecutive months shall be terminated from employment with the county, subject to any benefits as entitled to by law. When returning to work before 12 months, an employee must be able to perform all necessary work. An employee may be required to bring a doctor’s certificate to verify that the employee is released from medical treatment and is able to work full time.
