(A) For all birth records 75 years or older, all marriage records 50 years or older and all death record 20 years or older, a genealogy copy fee shall be provided at a cost of $5.
(B) All fees collected for genealogy copies shall be deposited in the matter set forth by state statute.
(C) All genealogy copies will be marked ‘for genealogical purposes only’ on the copy of the record.
