The County Board approves the County Clerk’s recording fees as set forth below:
Basic recording fees of $65, with $25 for Assessor G.I.S. fees, $3 for County Clerk G.I.S. fees, $3 to Recorder Microfilm Special Fund, $9 to the state for the Rental Housing Support Program, $0.50 to the General Fund, $0.50 to the Recorder Microfilm Fund, and $24 to the General Fund.
