§ 34.12  PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FUND.
   Upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, the County Board directs the Treasurer to establish the Public Transportation Fund as a special fund in the County Treasury which shall receive and expend monies consistent with state and federal law.
