§ 34.11  TREASURERS AUTOMATION FUND.
   (A)   The County Board hereby authorizes the creation of the Treasurer’s Automation Fund and $5 shall be assessed by the County Collector to the purchaser of each property for delinquent taxes.
   (B)   The proceeds of such Fund will be spent only for purposes of automating the County Treasurer’s Office.
