§ 34.10  HEALTH INSURANCE SPECIAL FUND.
   (A)   Upon the recommendation of the Special Committee on Health Insurance, the County Board has established a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) for county employees.
   (B)   The Health Insurance Special Fund is established as a special fund in the county treasury for the purpose of receiving and disbursing funds to administer the health insurance policy of the county.
