§ 34.07  TOURISM FUND.
   (A)   The County Board hereby establishes the County Tourism Fund to receive and expend money generated from the hotel/motel tax.
   (B)   The County Tourism Fund is to be used pursuant to 55 ILCS 5/5-1030 within the county.
