§ 34.02  PUBLIC SAFETY FUND.
   (A)   Upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee the County Board directs the Treasurer to establish the Public Safety Fund as a special fund in the county treasury.
   (B)   The funds expended from the Public Safety Fund shall be directed by the County Sheriff for the purpose of maintaining public safety and improving the well-being of the residents of the county.
