§ 33.21  CHAIN OF COMMAND.
   It shall be the responsibility of the Coordinator to establish a working chain of command within the Emergency Management Agency organization to insure efficiency during times of disaster. Further, the Coordinator will distribute this chain of command to all appropriate officials and department heads.
