§ 33.01  ADOPTION OF THE NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
   It shall be the public policy of this county to adopt the NIMS concept of emergency planning and unified command. It shall further be the policy of this county to train public officials responsible for emergency management.
