§ 32.08  FEES FOR DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING AND ELECTRONIC MONITORING.
   (A)   The fee for mandatory drug or alcohol testing shall not exceed $15 for each drug or alcohol test performed under the direction of the County Probation Department, said tests being commonly referred to as a “field test.”
      (1)   The fee for a laboratory test requested by an offender to confirm or disprove the results of an alcohol or drug field test shall not exceed $75 per test.
      (2)   The fee for electronic monitoring shall not exceed $10 per day.
   (B)   The aforementioned fees shall be collected by the Clerk of the Circuit Court and shall be paid by the offender to the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the county, and said Clerk of the Circuit Court shall pay all monies so collected from said fees to the County Treasurer for deposit in the Probation Services Funds pursuant to 730 ILCS 110/15.1.
